Tonight, the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce hosted their July Business After Hours at the Merchants and Marine Bank on Bienville Boulevard.
The social networking event allows local business owners and staff to connect, support each other, and become familiar with other businesses in the area.
This month, the Merchants and Marine Bank was the highlighted business.
With the re-branding of the bank and their new logo, they want to remind the public they are the same trusted community bank they have been for over 100 years.
The social event included food, drinks, and a raffle of donated items from participating businesses. Merchants and Marine Client Community and PR John Parker said, “Luckily, it’s our turn this month. We’ve got a lot of folks here, a lot of business folks that are vital to the community here in Ocean Springs. We’re actually glad to have everybody. It’s some sense of normalcy and getting back into the routine of things.”
