Dr. Paul Vincent Sequeira passed away last Friday, Dec. 11 at age 80, succumbing to complications from the coronavirus and other ailments. Sequeira served as Superintendent of the Consolidated School District of New Britain from 1993 to 1996 and was a proud city resident up until his passing. “He loved his family very much and he loved New Britain; he was very thankful for this wonderful community,” his wife Maria told the Herald Monday morning. ....
