A couple from Merseyside, and a man from Cheshire, have been convicted for their involvement in a failed crash for cash plot
A couple from Merseyside were among those convicted for a failed âcrash for cashâ plot which could have cost around Â£33,000.
The couple, alongside a man from Cheshire pleaded guilty to Fraud by False representation but walked free from Chester Crown Court, on Thursday, February 4 after receiving suspended sentences.
They were caught out when investigators found that 15 personal injury claims had been made between the trio across a seven-year period, amongst other inconsistencies in their reports. ....
