outbreak here at this nursing home. our questions have not been confirmed nor denied by the facility. and we talked one family member who says their grandmother was infected here at the nursing home as well as possibly several others. deborah evans is a beloved hayward grandmother and resident at hayward convalescent hospital. her family recently learned she s tested positive for covid-19 a frightening call to get because of her age and high-risk medical conditions such as diabetes and emphysema even worse she might not be the only one reccntly infected at the facility, it s despicable i can t think of a better way to describe it. anthony cassar a says he was informed of his grandmother s infection. almost a week after she tested positive. he claims the nursing home has put her and others in isolation. inquiries by the family about how this exposure happened have not been returned just been pretty impossible to get information out of them since we began to question mike. ho
have been evacuated. some of the worst flooding is in louisiana. where the governor declared a state of emergency. and it hasn t stopped drivers from trying to cross dangerous flooded out roads. a section of interstate 20 was shut down after two semis were carried off the road. and a drone video gives us a bird s eye view of how widespread the flooding is and what residents are having to go through. we re dealing with the potential of up to 25 inches of rain when all is said and done. frankly, part of this is no one has ever experienced it. meanwhile, in east texas, major flooding has closed all roads in rust county due to what a tough go. and bad and if not worse than we thought it would be. and here s the radar this morning. with torrential rain heading into eastern areas of texas and all the horrible flooding you just saw are the areas getting additional thunderstorms and tennessee, and flash flood warnings into southern illinois. historic flooding. everywhere in red
