It was at the dull institute of politics at the university of kansas this is one hour 15 minutes. After the program, we will have time for the audience to ask questions. So the private hospitals could raise their prices and even though were selfinsured were blue shield the city is paying those claims. So if you get a situation where the competition didnt feel the competition of kaiser it could chan changely. And the budget would have to be recalculated we have to post for the Health Care Benefits and that would have to be recast because it would be a ripple effect. So thats on health care implementations the 46 thousand members have to find new provided as the co pays would go up.
