Richard (Ric) Lindahl, 67 of Laporte, MN lost his long, courageous battle with cancer on Saturday October 14, 2023. Ric was born on October 19, 1955, in Thief River Falls, Minnesota to Norman and Margaret (Dau) Lindahl. Ric lived most of his life in St. Cloud, MN graduating from Tech High School in 1973. Soon after, he enrolled in the drafting program at St. Cloud Technical College, graduating two years later. He worked in the commercial construction business for much of his adult life, mostly for Conlon Construction. During one such construction job in 2001, he met the love of his life Ann (Bauer) McDougle and her children, Dustin, and Ashley, from whom he would come to be called Dad. ....
