Seth Sutton was indicted in 2020 along with another Waco attorney, Chelsea Tijerina. They were accused of plotting to kill Marcus Beaudin, Tijerina's ex-husband.
Two witness took the stand. One of them was an undercover officer who began his investigation into Red Mouse Cult MC, a bicycle club based out of Waco.
