(File photo) MANILA - The construction of road networks in the war-torn city of Marawi is in its final stages of completion, the Task Force Bangon Marawi (TFBM) reported on Saturday. In a statement, TFBM chairperson and housing czar, Secretary Eduardo del Rosario said he is satisfied with the "progression of the massive rehabilitation efforts" in the city. Del Rosario noted that the ongoing rehabilitation work slowed down slightly due to inclement weather in the city in the past four months. He remained optimistic that despite such challenges, the government would be able to meet its target timeline for several projects before the end of the term of President Rodrigo Duterte.
