This is the moment a group of musicians had a lucky escape when a 40ft branch dropped off the tree they were performing under in a Californian park. 
Dramatic footage shows the bough suddenly fall after people had gathered to watch the performance at the Mar Vista Recreation Center in Los Angeles last weekend. 
Shocked revellers can be heard screaming and one calls out: Oh my God, as the branch suddenly crashes down, apparently right on top of the band.
