Here is kabc s miriam hernandez. reporter: for the manslaughter death of michael jackson, no mercy for conrad murray as he was remanded into custody. dr. murray s reckless conduct in this case poses a demonstrable risk to the safety of the public. reporter: strong words suggest that judge michael pastor could impose maximum four years when murray is sentenced. jackson s siblings may add their personal push. there is word from the court that photography of some witnesses may be barred which hints that one more of the jackson children could take the witness stand, too. yet emotional pleas may have little impact on dr. murray s fate. a new state process called realignment is in play to reduce the state prison population and send nonviolent offenders to county jail. conrad murray may never see state prison. the prosecutor says jackson s death was serious and violent and requests murray spend his sentence in state prison. the state corrections says ....
