You can see 68yearold Charles Logan swinging a metal pole through the nurses station. Police say logan had been hospitalized with episodes of confusion. Medical staff believe he may have had paranoia. Logan died after being handcuffed by police. Now authorities are investigating what caused his death. At least one nurse suffered a collapsed lung. Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki has been called to testify before congress. It stems from allegations of mistreatment at va hospital in phoenix where as many as 40 veterans reportedly died while waiting for medical treatment.
