A tech-savvy man has used a surf webcam to nab a thief who stole his surfboard from a popular Sydney beach. Christian Cage had his pride and joy lifted from the sand at Queenscliff Beach, on Sydney s northern beaches, on July 16. Devastated, the budding detective got his hands on Swellnet surf cam footage and looked to catch the villain in the act. Taking to Facebook community page Manly Living two days later, Cage shared the footage of the thief - who he later identified as a female German backpacker - taking his board as he surfed on a different board in the water nearby. ....
