The Special Court on Friday while denying bail to Delhi's former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said that the evidence collected so far by the CBI shows the applicant's active participation in the above criminal conspiracy.
The jailing of Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain has forced the Delhi CM to return to a brand of politics in which Modi is marked as the "enemy" in no uncertain terms.
The probe agency had informed the court that voluminous data from the former Deputy Chief Minister`s email and mobile is also being forensically analysed.
Manish Sisodia was on Monday produced before the court virtually, since he is currently under the custody of the Enforcement Directorate till March 22.
