SIBU (May 2): The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) detained a local Class C fishing boat for allegedly violating fishing licence conditions about six nautical miles northwest of Kabong Beach in Kabong at around noon on Sunday.

KUCHING: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has found the body of a local fisherman, Wong Pak Wei, 30, who was reported missing on Monday (April 3) after the boat he was in sunk in waters near Tanjung Jerijih, around 447km north of here this morning.
