Company behind 405 Broadway project purchases commercial property in 12 South neighborhood

Tara and Josh Joseph, leaders of Big Plan Holdings, plan to transform their newly acquired commercial building at 1204 Elmwood Avenue into a multi-function office space for the family holding company s variety of businesses.
The new owners of an undeveloped lot on Broadway announced Tuesday their purchase of a commercial building in Nashville s 12 South neighborhood.
The $3 million building at 1204 Elmwood Avenue will serve as the corporate office for Nashville-based Big Plan Holdings, which purchased the $9.4 million 405 Broadway property in October with plans to build a multi-story music and entertainment business there. ....
