What just happened . Reporter in this dash cam video, you can see the flash then hear the blast. Causing pandemonium inside and outside the venue. A lot of children was there without parents, there was no one to calm then down so everybody was just screaming and crying and pushing. When i got out, there were 30 people scattered everywhere. Some of them looked dead. Reporter Manchester Arena is one of britains main concert venue s with more than 20,000 seat. The arena was packed with children and teenagers. Overnight family and friends with missing loved ones flooded social media with notes and pictures pleading for help. The temperature at 59 degrees. And heading up to 84, which is lower than we have seen recently and well spend most of the morning in the 60s and low 70s. By lunch time, were already at 76 degrees.
