In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Tops Markets is making donations across its footprint to local nonprofits, including Hispanic Heritage Council of WNY; Circulo Latino of Rochester, a United Way Giving Network; La Liga of Syracuse; and Latinos Unidos of Hudson Valley.
