An appeal for donations of preloved items has been launched as The British Heart Foundation BHF Cymru shop in Llandudno reopened this week. The Mostyn Street shop sadly had to close close its doors for several months throughout 2020 and into this year, due to the pandemic but is thrilled to be back up and running. Donations and sales help fund the BHF’s life saving research into heart and circulatory diseases which cause around 25 deaths each day in Wales. The shop welcomes items such as clothing, handbags, shoes, books and toys. Every item sold will be turned into funds for research that could help transform the lives of those in the local area living with heart and circulatory diseases. ....
THE British Heart Foundation [BHF] is appealing to the community of Wrexham to donate their preloved items to support the charity’s recovery from the coronavirus crisis. The Wrexham shop sadly had to close close its doors for several months throughout 2020 and into this year, due to the pandemic but is thrilled to be back up and running after non-essential retail was given the green light to get back to business from April 12. Donations and sales help fund the BHF’s life saving research into heart and circulatory diseases which cause around 25 deaths each day in Wales. The shop is urgently asking the local community to support it by simply donating good quality items that they have been clearing out while at home. ....
