THERE could be a silver lining where stakeholders of the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme are concerned, with Putrajaya finally agreeing to review the programme’s eligibility criteria. The Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (Motac) last Wednesday assured that it, together with the Ministry of Home Affairs, will enable more flexibility in the application process for the programme in future.
