Trading of MPCorp shares to be suspended on Aug 19, faces de-listing on Aug 23

The trading of Malaysia Pacific Corporation Bhd (MPCorp) shares will be suspended by the Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd with effect from Aug 19 and the counter will be de-listed on Aug 23 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted on or before Aug 18. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday, it said this follows Bursa Securities’ decision, vide a letter dated Aug 11, 2022, to reject the company’s application for an extension of time to comply with Paragraph 8.04(3) and Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. ....
