of what a trial jury might think. so, it s very useful to get peoples impressions. i also was impressed with the fact that this grand jury are respected people who asserted the fifth and said that is their right, and respected privilege, attorney-client privilege, and understood that, and thought that she also understood the law. she understood the difference between something that is intentional, whether it s intentionally lying, versus making mistake. so, you can tell that this is somebody who really paid attention to the rules, to the instructions, and really sort of got it. so, sometimes it s easy to sort of blow this off and think, yeah, this isn t perfect for her to be giving these kinds of interviews. but she is actually showing some sophistication about what it is she was supposed to do and not do. and with respect to rudy giuliani versus mark meadows versus lindsey graham, this is a useful part of grand jury
