KSU Tuscarawas Makerspace to hold community day

The Makerspace in the Academic Learning Commons at Kent State Tuscarawas, 330 University Drive NE, New Philadelphia, will hold a Meet Your Community Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 28.  
The event will be held in parking Lot A on the campus and is open to the community. 
Tuscarawas County community members, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Buckeye Career Center, Beuhler s Fresh Foods, New Philadelphia Mayor’s office, New Philadelphia fire and police departments, The Salvation Army, Tuscarawas County Center for the Arts, Tuscarawas County Historical Society, Tuscarawas County Public Library, Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office, United States Army and YMCA will be present at the event. Representatives from Kent State Tuscarawas admissions, ALC/Makerspace, engineering, network services and nursing and vet techs will participate in the meet-and-greet event.  ....
