On a perfect evening last week Lord-Lieutenant of West Sussex, Lady Emma Barnard attended The Keep in Broyle road to present, on behalf of the Royal Sussex Regimental Association, no7(Chichester) Platoon, Sussex Army Cadets with a new standard.
