Monday, February 22, 2021 – May We All, a musical produced in part by Florida Georgia Line s Brian Kelley, will have its wold premiere in June 2022 as a special part of Tennessee Performing Arts Center s Broadway at TPAC series in Nashville.
The show is a story of disappearing small-town America as seen through the hopeful eyes of its youth. Jenna Coates, a fledgling country singer, reluctantly comes home after a rough start in Nashville, ultimately to discover that her roots may take her a lot further than her dreams.
The musical features the music of Tim Mcgraw, Sara Evans, Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn, Shania Twain, Kacey Musgraves, Chris Stapleton, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, John Denver, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, The Chicks, Old Dominion, Jessica Andrews and LOCASH. Thursday, February 18, 2021 – To say the last year has been different for Luke Bryan would be an understatement.
For starters, he was going to put out his latest album, Born Here Live Here Die Here last April, he said during the Country Radio Seminar interview session.
It was such as stressful time for everybody, he said. We didn t know what we had on our hands at the time. Putting the album out didn t seem like the thing to do. I had recorded had some extra songs that I loved, but when we put Born Here out in August, he said. There were still three or four songs that I d love to put on there. And then there were some songs I was writing during quarantine. ....

Friday, February 12, 2021 – Florida Georgia Line is out with its fifth studio disc today, Life Rolls On. The 16-song set includes all six songs that came out last year as part of the 6 Pack EP. Among the songs are I Love My Country and Long Live. Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have 13 writing credits. They also produced the set with Corey Crowder.
Jeremy Ivey is releasing The Monolith Sessions today, an EP of five songs from his latest album, Waiting Out The Storm. The set was recorded live at Nashville venue The 5 Spot. Featuring the tracks Someone Else s Problem , Movies , Things Could Get Much Worse , Paradise Alley and Loser Town. Tuesday, February 9, 2021 – Nashville Music Equality, which has been at the forefront of addressing racial issues in the Nashville music community, is sponsoring a virtual discussion on Moving the Nashville Music Culture Forward. tonight at 6:30 p.m.
Board members of Nashville Music Equality will talk about the best way to move the Nashville Music Culture forward and how participants can help create an anti-racist environment in Nashville.
Racial issues came to the fore again last week when the video showing country singer Morgan Wallen using the N-word outside of his Nashville-area home and Luke Combs appearing in a 2015 video for country rapper Ryan Upchurch with a Confederate flag decal on Combs guitar and numerous Confederate flags depicted in the video. ....
