Eastern Maine Development Corporation’s Maine PTAC Program Director Ken Bloch received national recognition from the Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers. Bloch was awarded the 2021 Betty McDonald Outstanding Member Achievement Award, and voted president-elect of APTAC.
