LOUISVILLE, Ky. Metro Police said a 2-year-old was taken to the hospital following a shooting in the Russell neighborhood.
Around 4 p.m. Tuesday, First Division officers responded to 22nd and West Madison Streets where a woman was found suffering from what they believe to be non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Police said a two-year-old boy riding a bike nearby suffered a graze wound and was taken to Norton Hospital. He is expected to be okay.

Jonathan Davis scored a career-high 17 points and was perfect from downtown to lead No. 19 Wisconsin past Penn state 72-56 in Madison Tuesday night.
His 17 points led the Badger offense, which shot 48 percent overall and 50 percent from three-point range.
Despite six turnovers, Davis also added three steals on defense and four assists off the bench.
Brad Davison added 13 points and Nate Reuvers joined the 1,000-point club in the win.

1 killed, 2 injured in Madison crash

MADISON, Tenn. (WTVF) â One person died and two others were hurt in a crash in Madison Tuesday evening.
The two-vehicle crash happened just after 4 p.m. at State Route 45 and Myatt Drive.
Metro Nashville Police officials said they have tentatively identified 63-year-old Bobby Liles as the person who was killed in the crash.
Investigators said as Liles was attempting to turn left from Old Hickory Boulevard to Myatt Drive, his pickup truck was hit in the front passenger side by the driver of a Chevrolet Camero. Liles died at the scene.
A powerful snowstorm that was called âhistoricâ in some portions of the Midwest will continue to hit southern Wisconsin into Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to forecasters.
Several inches had fallen by daybreak and more was expected, with far southern and southeastern Wisconsin experiencing the hardest hit, the National Weather Service said. National Weather Service
Southwestern and south-central Wisconsin were under a winter weather advisory until noon Tuesday, while counties along Lake Michigan from the Milwaukee area to the south were under a winter storm warning until 6 p.m.
The snow is expected to linger this morning, then end from west to east between midday and early this evening, although lake effect snow will linger later into Tuesday night in far southeast Wisconsin near Lake Michigan.
