KATHMANDU, April 25: A meeting of the National Development Council is underway today to discuss the short-term, long-term and periodic development plans formulated by the National Planning Commission (NPC). The primary agenda of the meeting is to finalize the government's 16th plan.
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said the 16th periodic plan will focus on integrated infrastructure development and extension and utilisation of information technology.
