Joint work with Belarusian colleagues has a great impact on the development of the machine-tool industry in Russia, Russia’s Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Mikhail Ivanov said on the sidelines of Metalloobrabotka 2024 in Moscow.
The withdrawal of suppliers of technological equipment from the Union State market served as an additional impetus for the development of domestic machine-tool organizations, Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik said.
The heads of the enterprises were instructed to step up investment and innovation efforts in order to raise manufacturing standards up to the world level and in order to significantly increase their output for the sake of satisfying the demand of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in full.
