1029 farmers died by suicide in Andhra Pradesh due to Jagan Reddy govt s policies: Naidu
Chandrababdu Naidu claimed that the figure of farmers suicides in Andhra Pradesh has risen by 55 per cent.

Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP president Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that widespread farm crisis in the state has resulted in more than 1,000 farmers suicides in the past 20 months of the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government. It was only because of the anti-farmer policies of the Jagan Reddy regime that over 1,029 farmers died by suicide. The state now stands at the third place in the country in cases of farmers suicides and at the second place when it comes to tenant farmers suicides, Naidu alleged.
