　　“家中父母一直都在，不存在无人收件的情况，为什么一声不响就将快递放在驿站了？”近日，市民丁女士向媒体反映，称自己网购了生活用品寄到住在梁溪区的父母家中，快递员直接把包裹放在了代收点。由于物品较重，老人拿起来很吃力，最后合力用小拖车才把物品搬回家。丁女士感到疑惑：根据《快递暂行条例》第二十五条，经营快递业务的企业应当将快件投递到约定的收件地址、收件人或者收件人指定的代收人，并告知收件人或者代收人当面验收。如今，快递员既没送到约定的收件地点，也没与快递客户协商，是否违规？快递客户该如何维权？
