(Patch staff photo) BRENTWOOD, NH The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court. Lynn Ann Eaton, 57, of Folly Mill Terrance in Seabrook on two counts of theft by deception and two counts of accomplice theft by deception, all felonies. She was accused of selecting merchandise from Home Goods in Seabrook and returning it for store credit on Dec. 26, 2016, and Feb. 6, 2017, and working in concert with another to steal items from Home Goods in Seabrook on Dec. 28, 2016, and Feb. 8, 2017. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on theft charges. ....
