EVELYN TILLY ROBINSON, 83, of Lapeer, died Friday, January 13, 2023. She was born June 2, 1939 in Eau Claire, to Reinhold and Lydia (Skibbe) Janke. Evelyn grew up on the family farm, working hand in hand with her father, mother and brothers on the farm. She graduated in 1957 from Eau Claire High
