A man disguised identity and on September 8 obtained President Museveni’s Shs10m cash contribution intended for grieving families in following deadly attacks that claimed close to 30 lives in.
According to
Daily Monitor, Detectives are investigating why the suspect, a primary school teacher killed his wife Rose Katushabe and their two -year-old son.
His neighbors learnt about the murder on Tuesday following a strong stench that was emanating from the suspectâs pitâlatrine.
They then reported to police – thereafter the officers retrieved the decomposing bodies from the latrine.
âWe also managed to recover the machete which was reportedly used to kill the victims,â Lwengo District Police Commander, Mr Peter Akampulira said.
One of the suspectâs neighbours, Ms Annet Nakamya, said Ms Katushabe and her child were last seen last week.
