British MPs, diplomats express solidarity with Bangabandhu’s secular, progressive values Bangladesh’s socioeconomic progress lauded British lawmakers and diplomats stationed in London have paid their profound homage to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and expressed solidarity with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s commitment to upholding Bangabandhu’s secular, progressive and pluralistic values in sustaining Bangladesh’s growth and prosperity. They also paid deep homage to the martyrs, biranganas and the valiant freedom fighters of 1971 War of Liberation.
