项目方提供的数据显示，2020年，“外滩枫径”夜市累计总客流498万，同比增长270%，摊位总销售额2160万，商场销售同比增长150%。
发展夜经济有什么作用？王启洋认为，有多方面因素：开夜市，也是满足人民群众的需求，白天是工作时间，晚上才是生活。夜经济是经济活力的体现。上海要打造国际消费中心城市，需要不断提高城市活力。
“夜经济不仅是商业活动，它对商业、旅游、文化的发展有乘数效应。”黄浦夜间经济发展共同体理事会理事长、豫园股份总裁助理胡俊杰说。
2019年，上海发布《关于进一步优化供给促进消费增长的实施方案》、上海市商务委等九部门推出推动夜间经济发展的指导意见，为全市发展夜经济提供了顶层设计和政策支撑。
截至2021年6月，上海市共推出13大夜生活集聚区，其中黄浦区有5个，分别是黄浦滨� ....
