Mardi Bra drive happening in New Canaan for third year

The Undies Project is having its Mardi “Bra” drive for the year from Feb. 8, through Feb. 22. Donations can be made during this date range at:: Pennyweights, 108 Elm St., in the town, Sara Campbell, 143 Elm St., in the town, Soleil Toile, 44 Elm St., in the town, and Wave, 86 Elm St., in the town. The happening is held each year to coincide with the Mardi Gras holiday, which this year, 2021, is on Tuesday, Feb. 22.Contributed photo
The Undies Project is having its annual Mardi “Bra” drive.
The project is accepting donations of new, and gently used, clean, laundered bras. All sizes are needed, but in particular sizes 34 to 38. All donations received will be distributed through the project’s 26 partner agencies that help those in need. ....
