Former Cebu City mayor Tomas Osmeña's motion for reconsideration over the sale of lots at the South Road Properties (SRP) has been denied by the Office of the Ombudsman. The motion was filed against Mayor Michael Rama and five other city officials. The Ombudsman cited lack of merit and stated that Osmeña failed to provide new evidence.
