An upscale Minneapolis neighborhood, Lowry Hill, will pay the city $210,000 to do additional police patrols, on the heels of one of the most violent years in the city’s history.
The Lowry Hill Neighborhood Association is working to pay the Cty of Minneapolis to bring in extra police patrols for the neighborhood, as the city struggles with police staffing issues.
