Many residents in Wilkins are without water Sunday because of a large water main break on Rodi Road. The break was first reported Saturday afternoon, and caused road closures into Sunday, according to Wilkins Township Volunteer Fire Department. Allegheny County officials said water has not been restored as of Sunday
