In a statement, NCRPO Chief, Maj. Gen. Felipe Natividad, identified the suspects as Lovellio Liday, 32; Vicente Martonia, 47; and Reynaldo Llamanzares, 50. Liday, the number two most wanted person of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 13, was arrested in a manhunt operation on Sto. Nino Street in Barangay Payatas, Quezon City at about 4:30 p.m. The suspect has a standing arrest warrant for rape issued by the Ilagan City, Isabela Regional Trial Court Branch 18 with no bail recommended. At about 5 p.m., a joint operation by the QCPD Station 13 resulted in the arrest of Martonia in Barangay Cabuyao Sur, Padre Burgos, Quezon province.
