Gide has advised BNP Paribas on signing an agreement with Neuflize OBC and UGC on the acquisition of their stakes in Cofiloisirs, which would give BNP Paribas full ownership of Cofiloisirs. BNP Paribas will also gain control of Cinécapital, a specialised consultancy wholly owned by Cofiloisirs.
