BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WLOX) - From Bay St. Louis to Biloxi, cities are preparing to honor Lt. Michael Boutte with a large funeral procession on Tuesday.
A visitation will be held for Lt. Boutte at the Bay St. Louis Community Hall on Tuesday morning in the downtown Depot area. The funeral procession will then leave the Bay, escorting the fallen deputy to Biloxi National Cemetery, where he will be interred. A private graveside service will be held later in the day. ....
