antonio, in just the past hour you have learned the identity of the woman who was killed. reporter: that s right, michelle, the husband and wife were headed to lunch when the suspect shot at them. here is a picture of the victim with her husband, the family identifies the woman killed as tracy donahue. she was shot in the neck. sources close to the case say the couple were shot because they were in an old-style police-looking car. shooting at police officers. the final moments of a man involved in a one hour shooting rampage is caught on video. the images show the suspect walk outside a cvs store on windmill and las vegas boulevard with his hands up. officers for several minutes tried to get the man to surrender. but as more time passed a police officer decided to let his dog go. the dog was able to take down the man and that s when armed everybody had their rifles so we were standing out here in the parking lot at 7-eleven. jeremy evans was pumping gas not far away ....

about 9 miles per hour right now in philadelphia adding to the chilly feel. as we take a look at the bus stop this morning, it looks like it s cloudy, probably dry in most neighborhoods between 6:00 and 8:00 and temperatures in the low 50 s, 52 by 6 o clock and about 53 by 8 o clock. as we go through the day it stays cloudy and cool, that s for sure. staying in the 50 s through most of the morning hours and staying in the low 60 s for the majority of the afternoon. we ll get a high of just 62 today and we ll probably hit that early, say, around 1:30 or 2 o clock. probably be sliding back into the mid-50 s by 6 o clock and again, especially during the late morning and afternoon hours, there is the chance of some light rain. most of this falling from areas close to the i-95 corridor and south. if you re up in the lehigh valley and northern bucks and montgomery counties you probably don t have as much a chance of that. with this unsettled weather good news pollen count on ....
