While Walmart and Winn-Dixie will begin giving coronavirus shots in Florida this week, none of the locations are in Palm Beach County.
But, they are close.
Nearby counties, such as Broward, Miami-Dade, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Indian River counties, will benefit from an infusion of 63,500 vaccines that will flow into the state as a result of a federal program that will turn retail giants into vaccination centers.
