据该小区物业主管邓女士介绍，上午9点40分左右，小区开始停水。因为物业用水是直供水，发现停水后，她便立即致电泉州市自来水公司询问停水原因，得知是因为美仙山路段市政水管破裂，随即她编辑了一条“突发停水通知”，发往各业主群，并让楼管私发给每位业主。10点30分左右，得知水来了，物业向自来水公司进行确认，而后发了恢复供水通知。
在邓女士的微信聊天记录中，保留了她近几个月发在业主群的“突发停水通知”：3月、4月、5月每月各有一次停水，6月有三次停水，分别为18日、19日和今日（26日）。其中，6月18日的停水通知写着“因城东加压站围墙外镀锌管漏水，华大及城东片区大部分出现停水情况”，6月19日则是“因城东加压站围墙外镀锌管漏水，现关闭停水维修”。
邓女士介绍，这几次停水大部分是因为道路管道� ....
