coming our way. it s swinging through western oregon and the northwestern corner of california. it ranks on the impact scale which we use to indicate the impact and intensity of every storm. this ranks number 2 which is a moderate storm. it will be in full force tomorrow bringing .5 inches to an inch of rain. here s the forecast animation. at that point we ll have light rain developing in the north bay. by 4:00 a.m., an area of moderate to heavy rainfall pushing through the north bay with lighter rainfall in the south and east bay and down into the peninsula. by 7:00 a.m., messy, messy commute. especially for the north bay. the central part of the bay area at that time. by 9:00 a.m., that wide path of moderate to heavy rainfall will be moving through the central part of the bay area pushing down to the south bay, out to the east bay. accompanied by strong gusty wind. not only in the morning but the evening as well. as the rain tapers off in the north bay by midday tomor ....
