Reporter the man who was towing the boat stayed at the grim scene as police tried to figure out what happened. A mangled bike sat on the side of hylan boulevard. She later died from her injuries. A second young woman was dragged underneath the boat and seriously hurt. It was a horrifying scene for neighbors. Her arm was under the tire of the boat.
