The Debate Commission has established a format that allows each candidate one, two minutes for the initial reply to a question. I will then direct followup response to then questions. I will be taking questions from members of the news media, students from salt lake Unity College and from members of the viewing audience participating on social media. It is based on this book that she will be speaking to us today. She has also coedited two books, the human rights revolution, oxford 2012. And the oxford handbook of the cold war, published in 2013.
