Police say three teenagers are facing charges after four guns were seized from London Oaks Apartments in Portsmouth. Two of the guns were illegally modified.
"It allows us to show up, not just when someone has been hurt or killed, but when things are going good," said Chanell Ketchmore, the executive director of Ketchmore Kids community group.
