Dionardo Carlos said 1,208 Police Commissioned Officers (PCOs), 15,612 Police Non-Commissioned Officers (PNCOs), 1,007 police officers at the PNP main headquarters consisting of 611 PCOs undergoing Officers Senior Executive Course were turned over by the PNP Directorate for Human Resource and Doctrine Development (DHRDD) to the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM) during a ceremony in Camp Crame on Thursday afternoon.
